My name is Chester Chambers, and I am the founder of Bloom Foods. My cooking journey began when I moved to Houston in 2015.
In 2017, I stumbled across the health and sustainability benefits of a plant-based diet. Since then, I studied the city’s complex relationship with food and met amazing people along the way.
I started Bloom in 2019, because I believe that the most delicious burgers come from local, natural ingredients. Now, I am committed to INVENTING A BURGER A WEEK and sharing the process with YOU!
